Caring for your Crystal Chandeliers

Here are a few simple guidelines to help you clean and maintain your crystalware.

Polish occasionally with a clean, dry anti-static cloth.

If soiled, chatons can be washed in luke-warm water containing a weak solution of washing-up liquid then dried with an air flow or lint free cloth.

 When handling your crystal chatons, we recommend that you wear cotton gloves in order to avoid leaving fingerprints on the surfaces.

Keep crystals away from hairsprays, perfumes or oils.

Never use sonic cleaners or abrasives, ammonia or boiling water to clean crystal chatons.

Avoid dropping or imparting violent knocks to the crystal chatons.

Warranty

Only the finest quality materials are used and the highest standards of workmanship employed in the creation of our products this ensures our 100% confidence in the quality of our crystal chandeliers, therefore we can confidently offer you a 2 year warranty that covers any manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover mishandling and damage of the frames or crystals or internal wiring of the lighting fixtures.

We only recommend that a certified electrician install your chandelier.
